Some yards just get away from you. The beds fill in, the shrubs spread, volunteer trees start popping up everywhere - and before you know it, the whole front of the house looks like it's being reclaimed by the woods. That's exactly what we were working with here.
We brought in our John Deere mini excavator to do the heavy lifting. A machine like that gives us the control to get in close to the house, pull out root balls cleanly, and work around what the homeowner wants to keep. Hand tools alone would have taken days. With the right equipment, we work efficiently without tearing up the surrounding lawn any more than necessary.
The dump trailer on site meant we weren't just pushing debris around - everything came out and left the property. That's the part most people don't think about until it's too late. Clearing is only half the job. Hauling is the other half, and we handle both.
What the homeowner ended up with is exactly what they needed - a clean, open slate. Fresh ground, no overgrowth, no leftover stumps crowding the space. From here, they can replant on their own terms, add fresh mulch, or just enjoy an open yard for a while. Either way, the hard part is done.
This is the kind of work we do all the time as part of our land clearing and site work services. If your beds have gotten out of hand or you've got growth that's taken over an area you actually want to use, we can help you get back to square one.
